Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or completing a consultation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Leeds is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in Leeds, United Kingdom. We provide online weight loss consultations and, where clinically appropriate, issue prescriptions for weight loss medications dispensed and delivered to patients.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw treatment at any time if eligibility criteria are not met or if it is clinically inappropriate to proceed.
All consultations are completed online via our secure questionnaire. Our GPhC registered pharmacist will review your responses and, if clinically suitable, issue a valid NHS or private prescription. A prescription will only be issued where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. If your consultation is declined, you will be notified and, where possible, advised to seek further medical support from your GP.
Prescriptions issued are for your personal use only. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A charge covers both the consultation fee and the cost of medication where a prescription is issued. If a prescription is not issued following consultation, only the consultation fee is charged, as stated clearly at the point of purchase.
We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS compliant third-party provider.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispensed and dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service to your registered UK address.
Delivery timescales may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties once your order has been dispatched.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe place has been nominated. We cannot be held responsible for medication lost or damaged following a failed delivery attempt.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of medicinal products and patient safety requirements.

Our services are not a substitute for in-person medical advice from your GP or specialist. The information provided through our platform is for guidance only. You should always inform your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
If you experience an adverse reaction or medical emergency, stop taking your medication immediately and seek urgent medical attention. Call 999 in an emergency or contact NHS 111 for non-urgent medical guidance.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
